Fertile and thriving

One-on-one fertility coaching with Dr Isabella Buirski (TCM) for women 35 and over who are trying to conceive or going through IVF. Opening late November 2026.

Who it is for

Is this for you?

Fertile and Thriving is for women who want a clear plan and real support between appointments, not just during them.

  • You're 35 or over and you've been trying for a while.
  • You're preparing for IVF, between rounds, or getting ready for a transfer.
  • You've been told your infertility is "unexplained" and you want something you can act on.
  • You feel like you're doing everything, and you want a plan that fits your own cycle.
  • You want someone in your corner who understands the two week wait.

How it works

Three months, one-on-one

Fertile and Thriving is a 3-month 1:1 program. It brings what Isabella does in the clinic every week into a coaching format, so you have a plan and a guide for the whole three months.

Session format and pricing are being finalised. The waitlist hears first, with no obligation to join.

  • Your cycle. Tracking, temperature and the signs worth noting.
  • IVF and transfers. What may help in the weeks before a round or a transfer.
  • The two week wait. Sleep, stress and getting through the days.
  • Food and daily habits through a Chinese medicine lens.
  • Your care team. Knowing what to ask your GP or fertility specialist.
